We stayed at Hotel Goldenes Rad and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful cathedral and the old town square. The rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard, with very nice bathrooms. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options and good quality coffee and tea. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The parking was not "on site" as advertised but in a public underground garage. The directions to the parking area need to be more specific as the garage was difficult to find as no indication was given that it was underground

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location next to a stunning cathedral. The room was spacious and the WiFi was reliable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was luxurious and offered a wide variety of dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location. Also very good breakfast service and selection. The double thick windows kept out most normal roadway noise, however, you could not sleep due to noise with the windows open. Good thing our visit was in slightly cooler weather.

Much hair found on carpet when arrived. A wine fest and special concert was held just outside our window in the Munster area during our first night stay. The noise was unbelievable, even though the windows were double thick. Music was very loud and at sometime in the late evening or early morning fireworks was set off. This was very annoying and upsetting. Also, the hotel elevator did not go to the ground level so this meant our luggage had to be carried up a flight of spiral staircase which was very narrow. Even though the hotel was in a good location and staff very friendly, I am not certain I would stay there again.

The location is excellent, just at the city center. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was clean.

It was not easy to find a place to park a car around the hotel. The parking lot at the hotel is actually a city underground parking lot, it was not easy to find in the first shot, maybe if I knew that I have to stop there, I would find it faster.

Very nice hotel, good situation and welcoming.

Our enjoyment of our vist began with the welcome we received from the receptionist, an extremely helpful member of staff who was happy to answer all our questions and to respond to our needs and requirements. A fine breakfast added to the experience. A good central location and certainly worth considering staying there again.

There is not lift from the ground floor only a small lift from the first floor, some visitors might find this a problem.

Though location was in busy area it was very quiet with closed windows. Nice bathroom with storage place. The breakfast offered a nice variation of different delicious food.

it was in a great and absolutely incredible location with an art-rich gothic-style lutheran church nearby. the hotel was in a pretty nice area, short walk to old town' square' and cathedral, christmas market, and walking areas of ulm and the main train station.
